Wolf hybrid mix 5 month old puppy

I have a 5 month old wolf hybrid mix puppy she is also mixed with German shepherd and huskie. She knows sit and shake. She is working on potty training. She is crate trained. We recently adopted her and I am having to go back to work in office no longer remote. She needs lot of attention and exercise. She is timid but very loving. Gets along with other dogs just gets a little scared still working in this also. Not neutered. Asking rehoming fee.
