Yoga with Amy G, RYT 200 will guide you through a 60 min vinyasa flow, connecting the breath with strength and mindful movement in the Greenwood Brewing beer garden turned outdoor yoga studio! Good vibes only. Class is followed with a complimentary 4oz brew (beer is 21 and over only, however all ages can enjoy yoga!). Please bring your own mats (not provided), ID and wear clothes easy to move in. Secure your spot by pre-registering!
