In England, there are certain rituals to be followed when you're with the Queen; there just ARE.
One rule is NEVER walk ahead of the Queen; and she was old and slow, so you just had to slow down yourself. Naturally, Trump was six feet ahead of her, with a look on his face like "where's the food?"
After the two parted company, Trump & family were still in the palace, getting a guided tour, maybe lifting some silverware.
The Queen returned and asked if Trump was still there; when she heard yes, she just said "Oh! Bad Luck."
RIP, Queen Elizabeth.
