SPRAY TECHNICIAN (FORT MYERS/ALVA AREA-VERANDAH AND RIVER HALL COMMUNITY) Spray Technician wanted to assist us in the growth and continued success of our Company. JOB SUMMARY: Seeking skilled Spray Technician with chemical fertilization or pesticide industry experience to work with our growing team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -Performs inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. -Performs and monitors the scheduled pest control treatment of job sites, while maintaining compliance with agricultural and structural pesticide laws and regulations. -Must maintain all required paperwork by The State of Florida to remain in compliance. -Must have the appropriate knowledge of the State and Federal laws, rules, regulations, and statutes related to the use of pesticides and equipment -Must have a current Driver’s Licensed issued in the State of Florida and at least one year of landscape work history. SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Customer service experience • Strong attention to detail • Able to operate efficiently and safely at all times • Pesticide applicators license or in process • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus • Communicate daily with Office Team and Clients • Maintain continuous knowledge of OSHA and its requirements as they relate to safety. • Ensure that all shop equipment, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), is maintained and ready for operation/use.
