Seeking an experienced Crew Leader for a landscape company in Fort Myers. This position requires the Crew Leader to lead and manage a landscape crew to maintain the grounds of residential, commercial and community properties in the Fort Myers area. Paid vacation and bonus potential. Duties include: • Transport crew to job sites • Supervises and manages the team to complete daily routes efficiently and on time • Cut lawns, trim and edge around walks, beddings and walls • Perform basic equipment maintenance and sharpen blades in the off season • Perform hedge trimming, landscape installations and removals Qualifications/Skills: • Must have valid, clean driver's license and have knowledge of operating a landscape truck and trailer • Understand the monthly and daily work schedule • Customer service skills are a MUST. Need to inspect properties for quality checks and communicate with customers • Must be on time and can work throughout the day Education and Experience Requirements: • 1-2 years of crew leader experience preferred Hours per week: 40 hours (overtime work may be required during the summer season) Work Week: Monday – Thursday (10 hours per day)
