Upscale beachfront community in Islamorada is looking for a dependable and trustworthy individual for the position of full-time maintenance person. The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a good eye for detail. Responsibilities include: Painting pool decks, including sweeping/cleaning/straightening pool and beach furniture Cleaning Pool Restroom, Trash Pickup and removal, use of Golf Cart, use of small tools for small projects, light janitorial/maintenance of lobbies of buildings including elevator and carport cleaning, use of power washer, use of blower to remove leaves, and beach cleaning. Maintenance: 3 years, preferred 8 hour shift/Monday-Friday English (required) Benefits include: Dental/Health/Vision/Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick time.
