The Global Arts Project and the Collins Park Neighborhood Association present the ARTSCAPE CONCERT SERIES Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, featuring TIMBALIVE! Also showcasing Salsa Dancers courtesy of Magic Room Productions and our food vendor is Tasty Bites from Plancha Miami. The FREE show will take place in Miami Beach on Sunday, September 25, from 5 to 7 PM in Liberty Plaza, adjacent to Collins Park at 22nd Street and Liberty Avenue, let’s not forget the Bass Museum’s Family Day also FREE 2-4pm! Timbalive was created in Miami in August 2008 by Leo Garcia (Director, Timbales), offering the best of Cuban Music with a mix of different rhythms from around the world. Based in Miami and performed by highly trained musicians from Cuba, Timbalive is one of the largest and most successful groups of Timba in United States and the world. Video:
