We are offering up to $18/hrs plus monthly & quarterly bonuses, tool and boot reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and advancement opportunities. Benefits for full time employees: - $16 - $18/hrs - Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses - Tool reimbursement program - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Completes work orders assigned - Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants - Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications - Preventative maintenance as assigned - Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members - Assist with snow removal Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - 1+ years' experience in equivalent painting and maintenance - Dry walling including painting and carpentry - Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.” Equal Opportunity Employer
