Terpening Terrace, Eugene’s Upscale retirement community, seeks a full-time Maintenance Assistant who is detail-oriented to join our Maintenance team. We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who has passion, integrity, dedication and enjoys working with seniors. Work Schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Pay rate $15 to $18 DOE. Qualified candidate needs to pass criminal background and drug test. Basic knowledge in most of the trade fields such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and large and small appliances is appreciated but not required. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining resident apartments, turning apartments, assisting with resident work orders, and assisting custodian if need be.
