Keyboard/Synth player needed!

Hello! We are a new local band here in Bend working on getting off the ground. Due to other commitments, it looks like our keyboard player is not going to be able to play with us this fall, so we are looking for someone to come play keys with us. We have around 9-10 songs in various stages of completion, some which already have synth/key parts and others that need parts written. We’ve got the bones of a live set down already and are hoping to start gigging this fall once we can get a solid band lineup together. Most of the parts have been written on a Behringer Deepmind synth but we are open to other synth sounds as well. We’re still getting our sound down and we’re excited to try things out and experiment with different genres of music. What we have made so far has leaned towards Garage Rock, RnB, and Synthpop sounds. If you reply to this email, we're happy to send you over some of our demos so you can get an idea of what we sound like. We really value each person's unique perspective on making music and try to create a space where everyone feels like they can pitch ideas and have a stake in the band. We are open to potentially changing/rewriting the synth parts of existing songs depending on the interest of our new synth player. Experience with sound design / making synth sounds is a plus! If you’re interested in doing background vocals that is also a plus! We would like to find someone who lives in the area and is available to practice around 2 times a week, and gig around once a month in Bend. All skill levels welcome! We have a synthesizer available to practice/use for gigs if you don’t have one, but it would be nice to find someone who has some sort of keyboard at home to practice on.
