Gutter repair?

Looking for someone to fix a very leaky gutter. It's a 2 story building, with no roof access, so you'll need a tall ladder. The AC spouts water to the gutter, but the gutter is so cracked it just pours straight through. I don't care if the gutter is replaced or repaired. Just need the AC water to go to the downspout and not leak on my head. Located in Phx, over by GCU. You can see video here: Please contact me asap if you can fix and give me a $ cost. Thanks so much!
