🦃 Have a farm-to-table Thanksgiving! 🦃
Learn how to properly butcher and prepare a turkey in a safe, humane, and sanitized way in Goodyear (10 freeway and Estrella Parkway).
The meat is shrink-wrapped, sealed, and cooled, and ready to eat immediately or freeze until Thanksgiving.
Butcher date is Saturday, Sept 17. Exact start time can be flexible depending on participants, but will be in the morning. Takes about two hours.
$30 for class
$20 for class with turkey purchase
Must be pre-paid and limited to five people per day. We have a plucker and all of the necessary equipment.
You can also buy a turkey and have nothing to do with the squeamish stuff - pick up on Saturday after 11am.
Farm-raised heritage turkey jennys are $90 and will be ready to eat or freeze. They will weigh approximately 18-20lbs.
