Position Summary Provide optimal customer service to Members and Guests. Attempts to anitcipate and fulfill customer needs in a varierty of responsibilities as assigned which may include work in the cart barn, practice areas, starting and/or course play (marshal). Full time and part time positions available. Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Treats all memebers, guests, and employees with respect. Maintains friendly apperance; greets members and guests by name with a smile. Ensures clothing is cleann, and in good condition and overall attire and apperance meets dress code guidelines. Maintains cleanliness of work area. Keeps supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Performing other work-related duties as assigned: Golf Cart/ Range Attendant Stage golf carts Maintain staging area and practice area set-up Cleans and maintains golf carts and cart barn area Attend range throughout the day maintaining cleanliness Pick up and break down range Marshal/ Starter Monitors all play on the golf course with special attention to the area of pace of play Recommends possible solutions to customers concerning on course problems, especially pace of play Report golf coures play situation to the golf shop stagg at regular intervals Repair ball marks and fix divots as needed Check water and ice stations and restock supplies as needed.
