Landmark Event Co. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Property and Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee its multiple, one-of-a-kind properties. This position will oversee 5 commercial properties, 4 single family homes/rentals, and one personal property throughout the Greater Puget Sound area. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations including facilities maintenance and management, tenant relations, contractor/vendor management, curb appeal and landscaping and financial reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all day-to-day building operations, property repairs and maintenance,, construction build outs, and tenant relations, etc. Perform ongoing routine maintenance, safety inspections and prevention checks; ensure all buildings and building assets are properly operating and is part of a well-adhered to preventative maintenance program Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of each property meets the established standards Competitively bid, negotiate, and manage all building contracts and vendor agreements to assure high quality and cost effective services Vendor management to include but not limited to electrical, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control and waste management Oversee the collection of rent, payment of expenses, compliance with lease terms and preparation of all required legal notices Produce and oversee accurate monthly property operating and financial reports Review, revise and maintain building emergency plans Show, market and lease vacant spaces Prepare lease documentation and all related correspondence Ensure certificates of insurance are compliant with lease and service contracts Provides timely reporting and on-going communication about the performance of the properties, responds quickly and with urgency to concerns, questions, issues, and requests Qualifications: 3+ years experience in residential/commercial property management Technical and mechanical experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive multi-tasker with a great work ethic
