No drama Duties Of Position Include, But Not Limited To: Dusting Vacuuming Sweeping Mopping Cleaning of Bathrooms Cleaning of kitchens Windows Floor to Ceiling general cleaning. General cleaning as specified by management. Being courteous and helpful to co-workers and those around being productive and pro-active Requirements And Qualifications: No experienced required Must be at least 18 years of age Punctuality Professional and personable personality Attention to detail Self-motivation Being able to work alone and/or with others impeccable attendance record Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willing to travel to job sight. No drug use. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Physically capable of bending, squatting, strenuous activity. This job is physical and will require you to keep up with the pace. Part time and Full time positions available. 15-40 hr. depending on experience. Hours- M-F 7-3 or 8-4. Can be flexible for parents. Weekends by choice.
