We are looking for a hardworking, self-starter, experienced Civil Construction Operator. Noffke Homes is a home builder that specializes in land development, the construction of houses, and the building of communities. We have 20 plus years of experience in the construction industry and are looking for talented people to grow within the company. We offer very competitive pay and have multiple jobs currently going around central Washington, which will bring many years of work. The right candidate will have 2 years of experience in dirt work and underground work. This person will be able to read and interpret plans, take direction well and work as a team, and pay attention to safety on the job site. Someone who can be reliable and consistent in their work would be very successful in this role and in the company.
