Optimus Properties, LLC (www.optimuspropertiesllc.com), a Real Estate Development and property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Property Handyman to assist with minor renovations and handle tenant repair issues at various properties in Los Angeles.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment
Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, and flooring repairs
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff at all levels
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
Assist maintenance technicians with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Must work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
Maintain cleanliness at all work sites
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various locations/job sites
Proficient in English
Authorized to work in the US
Physical Demands:
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl

Work Schedule:
40 Hours per week: Typically, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, occasional weekend work may be required (hours may vary)
