We are seeking a 32hr/week Maintenance Associate to join our Property Maintenance team. Job responsibilities include: handyman tasks, unit turnovers, help with moves, property inspections and other basic property management tasks. Properties are scattered throughout Fairfax and Prince William Counties.
Eligible candidates must be able to list more than 50lbs, have basic general maintenance experience, have a valid drivers license and own vehicle and be able to pass a background check.
This position is eligible for health, vision and dental insurance and will earn both vacation time and paid sick leave.
