ABOUT US: Bay Area Movers, Inc. is a moving and storage company in the Hampton Roads area. We exclusively transport the household goods of our military. POSITION AVAILABLE: 2 PACKING POSITIONS OPEN. One of the two hires must be comfortable driving a van and must be approved by our insurance company. One of the two hires must have experience writing up inventories. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a strong work ethic. • Must be dependable with the ability to work, and be on time, every day scheduled Monday-Friday. *DEPENDABILITY IS OF THE UPMOST IMPORTANCE!!! • Must present oneself in a professional manner and exhibit strong communication skills. • Must be able to work as a team to complete the assigned job. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Load appropriate packing material into company vehicle. • Pack military member’s household goods with care per government standards. • Wrap picture and totes. • The packer who will create the inventory will sticker all items to coordinate with the inventory. • Go over all applicable paperwork with member and have them sign.
