Description
I am moving to a location that does not allow pets; therefore, I am rehoming my lovely dog, Darling. I rescued her in January of 2021. She had been abandoned in a forest.
She is a Schnauzer/Husky mix (DNA test). Three years old. She is very sweet and friendly. She enjoys taking walks and meeting/playing with other dogs. She is friendly and gentle when meeting children. She does fine when left alone, she doesn’t bark, yap, or get anxious.
She weighs 60 pounds, is spayed, chipped, and up to date with all her vaccinations. She is in excellent health and has had regular treatment against heartworms, fleas and ticks. (Her health care history can be found at Lake Forest Animal Hospital in McKinney.)
I would not recommend a home with cats as I’ve never seen her interact with a cat. I also would not recommend having a small pet (rabbit, hamster, etc.) in the house as Husky and Schnauzer breeds have a prey drive. (She tries to chase rabbits.)
The rehoming fee is $200 which includes: Four doses of Simpatica TRIO which protects against heartworms, ticks and fleas (a $110 value from Chewy), a retractable leash and new harness, two huge boxes of dog biscuits, four food/water bowls, a brush, dog food and a cute container for dry dog food that says, “Life is better with a Dog.” (Ain’t THAT the truth!)
Please reach out to me to arrange a meeting.
