Instructed by Toni Ferrarie, combining gentle stretching and breathwork (pranayama) we will explore stress management through meditation. Limited availability in-studio due to Covid protocols. Option to live simulcast this workshop over Zoom. Select your preference when booking. Combining gentle stretching and breathwork (pranayama) we will explore stress management thorugh meditation and how the practice can be incorporated into your everyday wellness routine. This workshop will be a wonderful opportunity for you to learn about the practice of meditation and how to incorporate breathwork and mindfulness into your life. Suitable for anyone, and open to everyone, you can discover simple meditation techniques to clear the mind, reduce mental tension, anxiety and experience peace from within. Advice will be given on how to start a regular daily meditation practice. Buddha was asked, “What have your gained from meditation?” He replied, “Nothing! However, let me tell you what I have lost: anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death.” This class will be led by Toni Ferrarie, owner of The Breathing Room. 500 RYT certified.
