We are seeking a Solar Installation Manager to join our team! This is a full-time hourly paid position which includes paid holidays and 50% paid health insurance after 90 days. Company vehicle will be provided as long as your driving record is clean.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the projects team to ensure all phases of projects go as planned including but limited to: material staging, delivery logistics, safety meetings, daily scheduling, installation and commissioning
- Manage the installation of ground mount and roof mounted solar projects
- Primary contact for all technical questions the crew may have on site
- Complete inspections with City & County inspectors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Keep projects on time and budget
- Monitor quality of work performed by install team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Degree ideally in the Solar Industry; Field experience preferred and will consider if degree is unrelated
- NABCEP Certification Preferred
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Good problem solver
