need practice space

I'm a drummer, just moved to Chicago, and am in need of a practice room near Pilsen. Looking to split costs with other musicians, budget is around $100-150 per month. Ideally would be able to safely store my (small) drum set there and have 24hr access. If you have an opening in your space, or would like to go in on a room together, please let me know!
