Paying $19-$25/hour — The Civil Tech 1 spends their days organizing/loading/unloading jobsite materials, digging trenches, backfilling, and assisting Civil Construction Foremen. Applicants should have 1+ year experience in a manual labor industry, willingness to learn the job from the ground up, and dedication to completing the work on time, on budget, and above quality expectations.
