Looking for a rescue or person to help with abandoned kittens

I have 3 kittens I'm about to go pick up. My friend said her grandma took them in when they were abandoned by a neighbor. The kittens are eating on their own but are badly covered in fleas. She doesn't think one of them will make it. I'm going to bring them to my place and get the fleas off them but I can't keep them. She said she called every shelter around and they said the shelters are full and if she brings them in as a self surender she will lose her housing because she cat have cats where she lives. They are about 7 weeks old. Please let me know if you or know of a place that can take them. They are free to a good home if you wanted to adopt also.
