The Maintenance tech is responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance work of facilities, buildings and grounds. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing repairs and ensuring property work order’s repairs are conducted in a timely manner. • Maintaining landscaping, utilities, roads, signage and other community infrastructure elements. • Generally maintaining and improving the quality of the community and maintaining public areas clean of trash on common grounds. This job is for servicing multiple properties! QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalency. • Requires experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior required), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. Some knowledge of AC/ Heating unit maintenance! • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift heavy objects following appropriate safety procedures. • Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain) COMPENSATION: Based on experience, company vehicle provided this is a family-owned business.
