Rabbit looking for Forever home

We can no longer keep our sweet bun due to drastically downsizing our living situation and having nowhere to keep her anymore. We are looking for someone either has rabbit experience or has done the research and knows what to expect. We call her Raya. She is a 2.5 yr old Rex/Satin mix. She weighs about 7.4 pounds, she is not a small rabbit. She is spayed and fully litterbox trained. She has always been extremely healthy, never had any GI issues or anything else. She saw the vet about a year ago for a regular checkup and all looked good. Raya is a chewer. She LOVES cardboard and we always have plenty of boxes for her to destroy. She comes with everything she needs for a setup. She will need a designated 4'x6' area fenced off for her living space. We do let her out to free roam but she has to be supervised because she will nibble on just about everything. She comes with x-pen, rug, litter box, travel carrier, food and water bowl, any remaining hay and pellets, storage bin for the hay, a few toys/chewies. She would not be a good fit for a family with young kids, she does not like to be picked up and can get nippy if you don't respect her space. But she loves to be pet and comes up for snuggles! She does fine with dogs being around (obviously no dogs with prey drive), and loud noises, she is used to a chaotic household. She loves free roam time and does all kinds of wild zoomies and binkies. She is really a sweet girl and its hard to let her go. We just unfortunately cant keep her anymore and she needs someone to spend more time with her. I am asking a $150 rehoming fee. The cost of her, her spay procedure, and all the things is worth well over $300. Rabbits can live 10-15 years so we are looking for someone who is financially stable and willing to provide proper care.
