published songwriter and professional singer now accepting new students in the area for: voice/introduction to singing with a focus on breath intro to piano intro to song-writing song-writing coaching for intermediate songwriters I am an empathetic and gentle approach, I believe in music as a healing force. Folk music, classical song, and quality popular song from the American songbook is my preferred modality, and I also speak and sing in Spanish, from living in Spain many years. I have a degree in music/voice and have much experience teaching privately and in groups music, all ages, formerly in Chicago my music has been placed in film and tv. lessons are in your home, or occasionally via zoom. initial meeting will be via zoom as introduction. I can travel within approximately the central city limits (Overland west, 287 north, Lemay east, Harmony rd. south, but can consider travel further if there are multiple students or a group class. I accept small groups as well if you wish to do a singing circle with friends for instance. please write for more details!
