Hot Spring Spas is the largest supplier of hot tubs and Endless Pools in the area. Hot Spring Spas has a full time opening at our Clive Service Center for a Hot Tub Delivery Technician. Job Responsibilities • Work/communicate with our sales & service teams to deliver customer value • Deliver and install hot tubs in and around Clive up to 100-mile radius • Communicate with Service Manager on any issues that come up • Complete paper work properly • Diagnosis installation spa issues Requirements • HEAVY LIFTING • Dependable and ability to be on time • High school diploma or equivalent • Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance • Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice • Positive attitude • Must be able to work with minimum supervision Bonus job skills – NOT REQUIRED but considered beneficial • Passion for problem solving • Small appliance repair • Electrical background All new hires will undergo on the job training, previous “hot tub” experience not required.
