We are looking for a hardworking, self-starter, experienced Civil Construction Foreman. Noffke Homes is a home builder that specializes in land development, the construction of houses, and the building of communities. We have 30 plus years of experience in the construction industry and are looking for talented people to grow within the company. We offer very competitive pay and have multiple jobs going, which will bring many years of work. The right candidate will have 5 years of experience in dirt work and underground work. This person will be able to read and interpret plans, take direction well and work as a team, run a crew of 4, manage multiple sites, and pay attention to safety on the job site. Someone who likes to lead and develop teams would be very successful in this role and in the company.
