An assembly Technician is a performance-based role. We cater to large national chains, assembling mostly, Grills, wheelbarrows, rider mowers etc. We are seeking self-motivated, hardworking and reliable individuals who know their way around tools and have strong mechanical abilities. This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based pay- paid by the finished piece, therefore high energy, fast paced individuals are most successful. The faster and more accurately you assemble the more you make so skies the limit! COMPENSATION • Independent Contractor Position • Commission/Piecework Based Pay (Percentage of invoiced work) • We pay Weekly! POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Reliable transportation is a MUST • Local positions are available, but if you are flexible and can travel, more work is available • Heavy lifting is required (up to 80lbs repeatedly and daily) • Previous bike assembly experience is preferred TOOL REQUIREMENTS: • Cordless Drill Gun (with at least 2 batteries) • Assorted Bits and Adapters for Drill Gun • Cordless Impact Driver • Allen Wrench Socket for Impact Driver • Basic Hand Tools • Smart Phone or I-phone with Wi-Fi and apps abilities. • 2 Caution Cones (optional) AVAILABILITY • Part-Time • Weekends (as needed)
