Essential Job Functions and Duties: Load and unload incoming and outgoing material. Inspect and verify incoming material to the packing slip and the Bill of Lading. Move material to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and. manufacturing areas. Operate trucks, forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move freight. Track inventory shortages, overages, and damage. Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders and/or as requested from the Production Supervisors. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing material and supplies in stock and recording location of inventory. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to complete multiple complex tasks simultaneously in conditional situations. Complete other duties as assigned. Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory. Lookup part locations. Print part labels. Use a scanner to transfer parts between locations. Update and use reports. Perform cycle counts. Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products. Comply with Driverge’s Core Values (LOVE IT). Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines. Maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs. Remove packaging/trash from production and material areas. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Familiar with data entry and computer usage. Able to pass on site written and driving tow motor test. Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license. Physical Demands/Work Environment: Able to function capably in a production environment using standard equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequently lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to complete production-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to produce. Must be able to work inside and outside all year. Participate in required company safety programs, training, and PPE guidelines. Hours of operation : 4 – 10-hour days (M-Th, 5AM -3:30PM, Mandatory Fridays if scheduled (5AM – until released) APPLY:
