We are Ticas Production and Events and we specialize in event concessions, catering and activations for most major music festivals around the country. We are currently seeking experienced, responsible, punctual, smart, funny, weird, team oriented food service afficionados and mercenaries looking for an environment that's out of the ordinary but very rewarding. As a company we specialize in many food concepts from tacos to hibachi and everywhere in between with a focus on restaurant quality production and service with an emphasis on customer experience. Ideal applicants are knowledgeable in either BOH or FOH hospitality environments or both) with a focus on details and consistency. The position also requires plenty of travel to different states so reliable transportation is a must! On a weekly basis we find ourselves in different environments and therefore, applicants must be comfortable with being able to maneuver around different variables to achieve consistent results. Essentially, we are building out fully operational kitchens, preparing food for service, working the event(and hopefully enjoying it) breaking it back down and moving on to do the next music festival in a different state with a group of like minded individuals.
