Condo Cleaning

I am a Condo owner and I am looking for a new Condo Cleaner. I rent out my unit and need someone to clean my unit between Rentals. Most transition days and times are on Saturdays between 10 am and 4 pm, Cleaning will include the towels and linens. My unit is 1400 Sq. Ft. 3 beds and 3 full baths with a 300 Sq. Ft. Balcony. Cleaner must thoroughly clean, sanitize, and change out linens in my unit each time they clean. I will need my unit cleaned approximately 40 times per year.
