ISO booking/management for estab. cover band

IN SEARCH OF A BOOKING MANAGER! I play in & manage a very active cover band, with current and most experienced lineup together for 3 years playing about 40 shows (over 25 this year so far). I don't have the time to make the contacts needed for booking the band, and would like to find someone willing to take on that role for the band, and get compensated for their work. Here's some info on us: Bad Hombres (West Chester) Recently named as "Best Cover Band" in Main Line Today magazine's "2022 Best of The Main Line and Western Suburbs" https://www.facebook.com/BadHombresWestChester/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAm7pLnmre4 4-piece rock (mainly) cover band (lead vox/guitar, lead guitar/bvox, bass/bvox, drums) Over 100 gig-ready covers range from current pop and modern rock ranging back to the 60s with a focus on variety and recognizable but unusual covers... Lots of variety and unexpected/diverse/upbeat setlist tailored to venues Reliable and Professional... stable lineup of musicians with subs available; we've NEVER cancelled a show. Honestly! Full PA and ability to run it DIY Active 2022 schedule... we have booked 34 gigs in 2022 ranging from restaurants/bars, beer gardens, special events and private parties Social media - modest social media presence of 600 followers; we should be doing better! That's where you can help us! References from venues available... gig last weekend at a regular spot, the owner said "Once again, you guys were great! We love you, but honestly, can't believe you aren't playing bigger places than ours... you deserve to." We all have full-time jobs, but play Friday, Saturday and Sunday gigs. This summer, we're averaging about 5 gigs a month. We are looking to play 4 gigs a month give or take. Weeknight gigs are typically not possible... we've done a couple when the opportunity is good. Our goal is to make money with playing as a side job, not blossom into a full-time music career/cover band. While we thoroughly enjoy what we do and do our best at it, we do have careers and family that we care about, too. What we're looking for: Someone to book weekend gigs at venues within an hour from West Chester, PA (Philly, western Philly suburbs, northern DE, etc.) We can travel further, but it absolutely has to pay and be worth our drive time. WE WANT TO KEEP OUR SETLIST... we're willing to tailor it. Our setlist works... we get compliments, retain the venue customer base, AND we mostly enjoy the music and don't hate ourselves after playing the gig! If you expect us to throw it out and relearn an entire new list, we probably aren't a good fit for you. We're willing to discuss what we expect in terms of band compensation and your compensation for your work.
