We are in need of friendly, professional and reliable event staff to work a medical conference on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 7pm to 9:45 pm, at the Omni Louisville Hotel. Please see full details below: Date: Saturday, November 12, 2022 Arrival: 7:00 PM Departure: 9:45 PM Venue Name: Omni Louisville Hotel Venue Address: 400 South 2nd Street Venue City, State Zip: Louisville, Kentucky 40202 Dress code: Professional dress is required. It is highly recommended that comfortable shoes be worn since we’ll be on our feet most of the time. Facial masks to be worn the entire time on site Cell phone use: NOT permitted during the event. COVID Conference Requirements • ACAAI continues to monitor local COVID guidelines and at this time has not provided any vaccination requirements. Please check their website for any updates and we will be sure to update you with any new information. The requested duties from the supplier would be to: • Assist with setting up meeting registration tables • Help unpack program materials and set room • Meet and greet attendees • Answer general questions from the attendees about the event • Help directing people to the appropriate room • Collect meeting materials as attendees exit the room • Take down event signage in the meeting space • Help pack up tackle box • Tape up boxes for return shipments RATE: $100 Parking reimbursed For consideration, please submit your resume in.PDF format along with two professional references.
