Highly successful and growing rapidly, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work in the Columbus area as part of a team to perform routine, preventative, and emergency repairs to a newly renovated apartment community. Maintenance or “handyman” experience is preferred, with apartment maintenance and HVAC experience a plus and certifications desired but not required.
