Savannah Hwy near DuPont st, Charleston SC

Looking for a friendly hotel with a few gay staff..restaurants servers, front desk clerk …etc. Reasonable rates would be nice and/or hotel lounge. Summerville to Charleston preferred. Any suggestions from you would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
