Responsibilities Must have a valid PA driver's license! Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage Operate equipment (skidsteer,mini excavator) safely and responsibly Load and unload equipment and material Haul equipment and material to job sites safely and responsibly Keep trucks and equipment clean and perform regular maintenance and cleaning on them Be responsible by providing physical labor for construction projects Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor Ability to work 40 hrs per week Strong ability to communicate with superiors and teammates Skills and experience needed General knowledge of construction is great Focus to work safely in close proximity to heavy equipment and underground utilities Commitment to doing quality work while exercising safety first Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility Working Environment Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions Work includes prolonged and repeating: Lifting (including overheard,up to 50 lbs), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching and feeling. Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14.50 to $17.50 /hour
