Description

Accepting applications for an experienced Maintenance worker to perform general maintenance and property upkeep in a large condominium community. Responsibilities include performing basic repairs to equipment and building systems in both Common areas and individual condominium units. Responsibilities • drywall repair, carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience • on 24 hours call (two weeks on, two weeks off) with additional pay while on call - MUST HAVE CELL PHONE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Requirements • A minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience, with references. • High school diploma or equivalent• Must supply own basic hand tools. will be required to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
