Seeking An Evening Babysitter For My 3 Children

Aloha, My wife and I are seeking some assistance with our 3 children. I am a busy business owner and my wife and I never get to spend time together. We are seeking a babysitter in the evenings 1-2 days per week. 5-8pm. So my wife and I can have a bit of alone time. We have three children. Ages 1, 4, 6. They have a lot of energy, they love to run around and play, but they are good children (I know every parent says that). Ideally the babysitter will have enough energy to run around and play, think of educational activities for the children, also the ability to participate in active activities with our children. You would babysit solely in our house. We find it easier and more comfortable for our children to stay in their home. We have a yard perfect for play time, plenty of toys, and a safe environment.
