Each month we’ll work with a particular theme and I’ll bring oils that are helpful for that theme. You’ll get to experience lots of different essential oils, ask lots of questions, receive recipes to take home and use, and leave feeling uplifted (because that’s what essential oils do!) and energized. For an extra $10 you can make a customized blend to take home with you!
The first class will be on “Alleviating Stress and Anxiety with Essential Oils.” Anxiety and stress come in all sorts of different forms. Essential oils are all-natural solutions and provide ways for you to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your nerves, get a better night’s sleep, and stay at the top of your performance levels. We’ll play with the top essential oils that are great for reducing stress and anxiety in your life and share some recipes.
About Liana: Dr. Liana Carbón has been working with essential oils since 1992 and is a certified Aromatherapist through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy. In addition she is a Crystal Resonance Therapist, and studied with Naisha Ahsian, Melody and Katrina Raphaell. She is also is a certified Master Practitioner in Energy Medicine and Luminous Healing, Shamanic Spirit Coach, Minister, Author, and Ceremonialist with a private healing practice in Snohomish WA.
