If you join me for this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about the function of your breath, and how to utilize it for maximum health and wellness. I will talk to you about the respiratory system, about what we might find in the air we breathe, and I will teach you 3 different breathing exercises that you can use to reduce anxiety, to encourage relaxation/sleep, or to energize your body and get pumped.
The beauty of using your breath is that you ALWAYS have it, absolutely everywhere you are, in every single moment, your breath is there for you. Let’s get to know it!
