Duplex property. Pipe leaks when upstairs tenant either takes a shower or flushes the toilet. Had this same exact problem before and the drain pipe had a crack in it. Pretty sure it's something similar. There is an access door in the ceiling right above the tiolet where it leaks. Need to get this replaced asap. Willing to pay $50 for the labor from an experienced plumber. Property located on 28th and Church.
