(2 Cliff St., Norwich) Free parking, candy for the family, costume contest, prizes, music, food vendors, and more! For entry: $5-10 donation or bring hygiene products to benefit Reliance Health, Inc. Hygiene items include: deodorant, feminine products, soap, body wash, toothbrushes, shaving cream, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, toilet paper, and floss.
