AUTO MECHANIC JOB DESCRIPTION Must be Able to Perform the Following: Change Engine Oil Change Filters SAFETY CHECKLIST Restraint System Heater/AC Operation Stop, Tail, Turn Signal Lights Headlights Operation Condition of Wiper Blades Engine And Transmission Oils Condition Of Battery/Cables Air Filter Tire Wear/Condition of Front Tire Wear/Condition of Rear Condition of Struts/Shocks Condition of Rear Shock Absorbers Condition of Radiator/Coolant Condition of Radiator Hoses Condition of Heater Hoses Steering Components Condition of Front Brakes Condition of Rear Brakes Air Brakes/Hydraulic Brakes System Emergency Brakes Adjustment Drive Belt Condition/Adjustment Check All Fluids Levels TIRES Tire Rotation Tire Pressure Tire Wear Pattern Tire Tread Depth Tire Replacement Tire Plugs JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED/Relevant Experience/ASE Certified Must Have a Clean Valid Driver License Must be Able to Work in Very Cold Temperature (cold in the winter/hot in the summer) Ability to Thrive in a Fast Paced Environment Must be Able to Lift up to 50 lbs.
