BODY MAN: 5 years minimum experience required. Must have own tools. ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND WILL TO LEARN IS A MUST! Must be neat, organized, responsible, honest, hardworking and dependable. AUTO DETAILER: Clean vehicles, pick up and drop off cars, and pre/post scan cars. Experience preferred. Must have great cleaning skills-include washing, vacuuming, cleaning wheels and tires, interior cleaning, and detailing vehicles for delivery. Must have a valid driver's license! ESTIMATOR: Responsibilities Include • CCC One and Mitchell estimating software experience is required. • Examining damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage. • Maintaining constant with customers to provide quote estimates and follow up • Identifying the damage on a vehicle (Repair vs Replace) • Identifying pre-existing damage • Estimating the hours needed to complete the job/cost of labor • Negotiating with insurance adjusters • Facilitate claims with insurance companies and getting supplements after tear down • Assist contacting part vendors to order the parts necessary to complete the repair • Assist receiving Parts from Vendors- Making sure they are all accounted for, marked and allocated to the proper job • Assist identifying and addressing any quality issues or production delays • Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery of the vehicle to customer • Assist with phone calls in the office Driver's License Required Communicate effectively and professionally on the job Positive, friendly attitude Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively CLERICAL/OFFICE ASSISTANT: Answering phones Calling insurance companies MULTITASKING & MATH SKILLS A MUST! Vehicle knowledge a plus!
