Join us for our next adaptive boxing clinic starting September 8th from 5:45 to 7:15pm and every Thursday thereafter. Learn traditional boxing skills and utilize bag work, mitt work, shadow boxing, and in ring sparring to put it all together.Beginners to the sport are welcome. Wraps and mouthpiece required and can be purchased at DPI.Gloves and headgear will be provided.This is a 90 minute class that will meet 10 Thursdays in a row, One time purchase necessary.
