Looking for part time handy man for 70+ apartment units in Jamaica Plain/Roslindale Area. Willing to pay for work on salary or per visit basis. Possible 1 bedroom apartment available if willing to exchange in lieu of some services but must complete a trial period in order to qualify for this benefit. Must: -Have a truck or Van -Live in the JP/Rosi general area Be capable of following tasks: -Minor appliance repairs -Painting -Light carpentry/ doorknobs/ hinges etc -minor plumbing -minor electrical -cleaning (not a must but would be ideal) Must be willing to pass criminal background check.
