Hi guys! This job is pretty simple, (Maybe not easy. But simple). I need someone to go to a property I am managing. It's a single family residence on a corner lot in Thibodaux. Do not bother the occupants or neighbors, and they won't bother you. This job pays a total of $75-$85, depending on when you finish. Paid in 3 parts, as ya go. Can be done in about 45 minutes. I need: 1). a photo of the property from the front, and a photo of the property from the side (both from the street is fine) The front facing side of the house is probably going to have a BUNCH of contractor bags full of stuff. Take a picture of the pile of bags of stuff. Send me all 3 pics, and I'll have my assistant send you the first $25.00 - In the bizarre event there is no longer any trash out front, send me the photo of the streetline where you'd normally see trash, and you just made $25 for snapping some pics. But there is likely still a bunch of contractor bags full of stuff, so... yeah 2) Load up all dem bags into your big ol' truck! (Now, they're strong bags. I know this because I bought them and loaded them up myself. But if you make a mess, for goodness sake, please, clean it up dammit. Don't make me talk like my Mother.) Take a photo of the area where you just moved the bags from, take a pic of them in the bed of your big ol' truck, and send those 2. That pays the next $25.00 3) There's a free trash dump about 2 miles away. Find it, take a picture of the front gate when you arrive. drop the trash. take a picture of the empty truck at the dump. That step concludes your job, and pays the final $25.00 (Bonus $10 if it is completed by 3pm today (Thursday 09/08/2022) If you're interested, send me your name, make/model of your big ol' truck, and your e-mail address and phone number.
